Unfortunately like a lot of Doc's things, that needs to be explained by a teacher of the Pivot System. Also a lot of the things in the seven day routine are very advanced, they where never given to anyone just starting out with Reinhardt.
If you are anywhere near the South Florida area I would be glad to help.
