Hi,
I'd like to know more about a conn 1000a cornet I picked up. Can't find anything on the net. I figure its a recent student model no longer in production. The bell looks rosier than the rest of the horn. Not a great horn, but I'm surprised I can't find out anything about it.
Thanks for any help. |

One of the best sites for Conn instruments is Christine's Conn Loyalist sites.

I've learned so much from this collection of pictures and info. I don't immediately see a 1000A model cornet, however. Is that the number stamped on the mouthpiece receiver? |

That great Conn site doesn't have much on newer instruments. This one is only 10 years old according the the unitedmusical serial listing. They don't have any specific info on the model. I don't know how close it is to the 1050A that is being sold now. "1000A by CONN" is stamped on the bell. |
