Trouble contacting TrumpetHerald

Hi,

I've tried contacting user trumpetherald twice now, over a several week period, regarding changing my user name. It was to my understanding, this is who I am supposed to contact, to have this done.

I have not received a response, to either a PM or email. Is there anyone else I should try to contact?

I was trying to contact them to buy some ad space-I guess they don't need anymore revenue :)
