Thanks for posting this Matt! I'm certainly going to be spending some time with the process that they outline in the article. I know that it ties in beautifully with that Hal Galper masterclass video and the article that John Hagstrom wrote years ago. I like "tangible" when discussing topics, and this is one of the first articles that I've seen that makes me feel like I can "work" on this most important concept of turning up the volume of my musical imagination.
