Shows the art of making the horns. I have tremendous respect for the people who make our instruments. _________________ Jeff Garrett

I'm a Calicchio owner. How can I get to be one who know the link to the Calicchio website?
Would this be a different one than that at The Trumpet Shop website?

The way it used to work was that when you registered a Calicchio instrument via the company's web site, you were e-mailed a link to the video. Unfortunately, the registration page quit functioning some time back, probably a problem caused by the relocation. The company site is still not back up as of this morning, and I know nothing of the schedule for getting it back up and up-to-date, but hopefully the registration function will start working again. As I understand it, the video wasn't supposed to be widely distributed but rather reserved as a little bonus for Calicchio owners. _________________ Vintage Olds & Reynolds & Selmers galore

Here is a way to solve the website problems: Call John Duda and order some horns. I think a load of work for John would help getting the website up and things moving. |

Fascinating. I've been through more modern but still small shops - but that's just a picture of another world. _________________ Jonathan Milam

Great videos.
I have the most respect for craftsmen (and women) who do the work that will never really be rewarded financially in the way that the value of the work they do deserves. |
