The topic says it all... I have just over 24 hours to the first rehearsal and the copied parts are so black they are unusable...
Anyone out there with copies they may be able to PDF to me?
Please? Bevos at my place.
cheers

Is this a gig and if so who hired you? IMO if someone hires you, it's their job to get you legible parts.
I think there is an infamous story about Bud Herseth involving just such an occasion. Not sure if there is a lick of truth to it or not though...... _________________ "Everyone should carefully observe which way his heart draws him, and then choose that way with all his strength." |

Ah, I'm looking for a solution to a problem rather than causing more.
The conductor and pianist are enroute from Bejing. Orchestra contractor got a box of photocopies couriered to him yesterday. Rehearsal in 24.5 hours.
Someone who keeps a copy of parts to unusual (less common) works would help... rather than pontificating.
Thanks in advance
