get a gym membership and start a work out program. I had a very nice ProTech leather triple bag and I kept adding needed supplies to carry with me besides my trumpet, flugel and mutes. there was so much room I just kept adding more stuff, needles to say that just became a pain in the shoulder to carry so I sold it [I warned the buyer as to what would happen with all the available space].

All that stuff in only one case? Frankly speaking I don't think that it's possible, and if it were possible the case with all that gear in it would be VERY heavy!!!

In my opinion you should get a triple case to hold the flugel and a trumpet and a double case for the second trumpet and the mutes, or maybe a quad case for the flugel, a trumpet and the mutes and a single case for the second trumpet, or a quad for the horns and an additional case or bag for the mutes only...

Although I currently don't own one, sounds like the Reunion Blues Continental Triple is quite protective, rather light and compact , and it can hold two trumpets and a flugel.

And I wonder if it's not possible to put some mutes on top of the trumpets...

Give a look at this case, I'm not absolutely sure but I guess that it could suit your needs perfectly...

iPac Quad.

www.dillonmusic.com/search.aspx?SearchTerm=ipac+quad&SearchDescriptions=1&Submit=

Got one a few months ago. With all the inserts you can adjust the interior to easily carry two trumpets & a flugel.

If ya wanna carry mutes on the inside, this is how I carry in my Mike Vax case:

Haven't had to carry mutes yet in the iPac, but the pic shows how I'd probably do it. (straight mute in flugel bell, plunger on bottom of Bubble mute).

Case has wheels & is well-balanced - easy transport. The only downside is I do not think it would be allowed in an overhead bin on an airplane.
