Hi Gang,

We are starting our next concert series for Orchestra in 3 weeks. Can anybody send to me a .pdf of the 1st part (or all if you have them) for Ives' Variation on "America", please?

I want to get a jump on the solo before rehearsals start.

Okay, I'm purchasing the part from a band arrangement, which I believe this is the original. Does anybody know if this is in the same key as the orchestral arrangement?

The trumpet solo with piano arrangement of this work is a lot of fun and contains the famous trumpet solo (duet) in the same key as the band arrangement - that section is in F major (concert key). We have a copy in stock if you are interested:

Ives (Dorff/Bilger) Variations on America
Trumpet & piano arrangement of the popular organ/orchestral work of the same name. The trumpet part (provided for Bb or C) is challenging and has frequent sections of running 16th or 32nd notes originally covered in the strings and woodwinds.
