Haas is great, love his Hammond mouthpiece as well. The dissertation he wrote is invaluable. I don't know of another resource on the subject that's so complete.
I have been meaning to order his book, too. How long and progressive is it? I would like to have something like that for my students to use. _________________ Matthew Anklan
