Hi

I just traded for a pristine Conn Director Cornet. Has the brass bell.

Serial is L21521.

Can anyone tell me when it was made?

I usually play a Bock 25 or Olds Mendez I got back in 1954 new.

If I interpret this list correctly, 1968.

Shifty

Many thanks. The bell is Copper, not brass. I think there is a word for the type bell, but doesn't come to this old mind at the moment.

Anyway, very interesting information. Traded an old Conn Director for this horn. Will give it a try at next weeks rehearsal.

Best wishes

Hi

Yes, that is the one. However, mine is better shape than that one. As I said, it looks like new.

Plays OK as well.

Many thanks
