Does anyone know if Warren Luening and Rick Baptist have their own websites?? If so, would you post the appropriate URLs.
Thanks---<Rick |

I just saw Warren Luening tonight in a musical called "Like Jazz" at the Mark Taper Forum in downtown los angeles.
The second number was a vocal about Chet Baker and in the background the spotlight is on Warren standing up in the trumpet section and he solos in a haunting way thru the song. I had tears down my cheeks.
The stage was fifteen feet away and very informal. The big band was right there and many of the guys were talking to the audience before and after. You could have easily spoken to him. |

How I wish!!! Unfortunately, I have to spend my free time in the booming metro-area of Central Pennsylvania < Not many pro concerts or recording studios but plenty of "deers" for the hunters.
Oh well.............

Hey ConnMan, I live in Lock Haven -- about midway between Williamsport and State College. I drive down your way several times each year on my way to Balitmore.
Happy Holidays---<Rick |
