You will probably never play the Britten Cello Concerto, but if you do you can be ready for the trumpet solo at the very end of one of the cadenzas. The trumpet plays along with the cello from 48:45 to 49:30. There are some other nice moments for the tpt too......
Orchestre de Paris.....G. Capucon, D. Zinman....Frederic Mellardi (I think) is playing principal trumpet in this performance.
