I'm posting this here asking if you could help and post it for everyone to see. Thank you for your help.

Hey guys; this message is to all of you trumpet players, but especially for those in Albuquerque, NM. I was in Albuquerque with a band this last week. We were in iHop eating and the van was broken into.

Among the items that were stolen was my trumpet and all my mouthpieces. It is a custom made horn, one of a kind, made by Orlando Casteńeda in South El Monte CA. It is engraved on the bell with that information.

The horn is silver, but the silver has worn off the mouthpiece receiver. Also, at first glance, people guess it is a Shilke because of the valves.

Please keep eyes and ears open for it. I appreciate any information y'all might hear. Feel free to call as well.

Talk at ya soon,

Roger

They let a Bach rotary into Germany? May it was confiscated by the Teutonic brass police...

In all seriousness, if this is true, I hope things turn up and turn out well.
