The trumpet player I found listed for this tv show was Uan Ramsy.
I hope that is correct.

That's Uan Rasey. I don't know if that is true or not but he is listed on this Trumpet Herald page:

According to the ITG article about him a number of years ago, he was able to negotiate a huge salary plus lots of benefits. Now there's a great trumpeter!

That trumpet was always my favorite part of the whole show; never had any idea it was Uan.

Boris and Natasha will still never keel Moose and Squirrel!

I love that theme- I used to use it for trumpet demos when we did children's concerts back when everyone knew the show.

A few years back I received the complete seasons of Rocky and Bullwinkle on CD as a gift. Still cool after all these years. R & B once got in trouble for telling the kid viewers to be sure to pull all the knobs off their TV set so it would still be at the right channel for the show next Saturday. It'd be a major lawsuit with Congressional investigations today. There's another story related to that but I'll let another fan go into that.

As always, THANKS for the chart, Jay!

This thread is from 2016. Because I did the arrangement shortly before I retired, I really never got to hear the tune played properly.

I was wondering if anyone, who has played through it, can share with us how they felt it worked.

If someone has a recording of it, I would love to hear it.

Thanks for the chart. I had worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and I had often thought of this music while in the midst of the red coats.
