Marketplace sellers won't answer questions

I wonder what's the point of placing an ad at the marketplace if you won't answer questions from potential buyers.

I've been struggling with getting two sellers to answer my questions and actually selling their items.

What's the point of not answering if the whole goal is to sell the item.

Go figure...

Note that the Marketplace is independent of the Forum so nobody here (including the Moderators) can help with Marketplace concerns. You can PM the sysadmin (username trumpetherald) or, in this case perhaps the wisest course of action, simply do not buy if a seller does not respond.

In the potential sellers defense, I have found TH Marketplace inquiries in my Gmail spam folder a couple of times. Something like that could have happened on their end.
