I'd have no problem trying one of Trent's horns. His business didn't get where it is by screwing people... And, BTW- with a decent pro pic costing in the neighborhood of $3K+ (US), what would one expect from a $1K pic in the first place? You can buy a Fiat or an Audi. Depends on what you're looking for and what you are willing to accept to get you there. |

Are you under the impression that I answer to you?

Trent,
That clip sounds really good.
How do these work, they get evaluated for quality control when you get them from the factory or are they tweaked to the specific buyer like the other piccolo's talked about in the first page?
Are they exact copies of the P5-4 (so that a Blackburn slide for schilke could be used on the horn)? |

I do not want to monopolize the thread so I will be brief. It's not a Schilke copy so I'm not sure about the pipe. We designed the pipes for this horn so an upgraded pipe probably isn't needed. Once we get the horns in we tweak and adjust them to our liking. We can optimize further if someone plays a specific mouthpiece all they have to do is ask prior to our optimization service.
Regards,
