Ok, Vintage: let's engage a bit. Looks like you have a lot of horns.... what kind of playing opportunities exist for you up in "Yeah, we have a cabin"Land?

Honestly, not very many. Up here we have got a few (like between 1 and 5) local Jazz groups that occasionally need an extra trumpet, and there is this guy named Rick Harris who will play with literally anybody. But other than that, we've got college players and we've got people down around your area. _________________ 1880's Thompson & Odell Boston

Thanks for the response. I was wondering if you were close enough to Young Harris College or one of the other smaller colleges where you could sit in from time to time.
I've been blessed to have found a church playing situation near Northlake Mall that allows me to play every Sunday and at Weds night rehearsals to keep the "external motivation" in place! |

Well, Young Harris is only about a half hour away and UNG is less than 10 minutes away. I suppose I could sit in at any of those places on a regular basis. I'd have to ask though. _________________ 1880's Thompson & Odell Boston
