Does anybody here have a copy of Doc's "Ultimate Lip Compression Warm Up" that they could put into PDF format and send to me?

Please PM me if you do. Thanks so much!

Here on the Reinhardt Forum, when we say "Doc" you may as well assume we are referring to Doc Reinhardt.

Have you had any luck, Rich?

I was reviewing our old lesson notes. I must hit you up again sometime next year!! Chris speaks highly of you

Thats a VERY advanced warm up for long term Reinhardt students.

Its really designed for a guy who is constantly working or is on the road playing 5 or 6 nights a week.

In others plain english...... Its not for weekend players or part timers. Hell at this point in my career its even too strenuous for me to attempt.

When I was working hard and busting a$s 4-5 nights a week I used it sometimes and it was great. But if my chops were just a little soft....forget it.

Here are the high spots-

Start with the Pinwheel
Then go to putty ball routine
Whispa mute routine
finish with pppp rapid slurring

I certainly hope "our leader" Dave Sheetz chimes in here. Because he is the one who originally gave it to me.

Merry Christmas fellas,

Chris LaBarbera
