Hey guys quick question
Anyone know how long pickett brass generally takes to ship out orders? I purchased a mouthpiece visualizer from them on jan 5th and it is still marked as "to be made". I was hoping to have this thing soon but now Idk. Any ideas on how long they generally take?

After it's made, it's likely then off to plating which is likely another 8-14 days.
So, likely 3 week minimum |

They have done a lot of work for me and custom mouthpieces have averaged 5-6 weeks for me

Greetings,
Thumbs up for Pickett! I have bought 4 mouthpieces from them and got them each time as expected or earlier, even though having them shipped across the pond to Norway and having them slow down on arrival for customs.
By the way, extremely happy with them, 3 of them variations on 1.5 pieces and one 1.25. The more I play them, the more I like them, contrary to other types. So I hope you will enjoy yours!

+1 for Pickett Brass. I luckily live about 2 miles from the shop and bought a Doc S cup and backbore to mess around with and stopped in to pick it up yesterday. Peter is a great guy and took some time to chat with me. It was great to see some completed Blackburns ready to ship too. Eric was very responsive to my emails and great to deal with.
FYI, I bought the mouthpiece from the outlet and they have just a couple minor blemishes that you can barely see and don't feel. I recommend it if you want to try something and save a few bucks. |
