I'm reaching out to the trumpet herald community as I recall someone mentioning a trumpet player/composer releasing material online on a regular basis, which would serve as good challenging material for sight-reading and the prevention of monotony.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please write in.

You are probably talking about Jim Stephenson's Daytudes. There are three volumes, and they are excellent.
