Hi folks,
Does anyone know if it's possible to buy an electronic PDF version of Roger's book, Clinical Notes? Not seen a PDF version for sale anywhere on the web. Or failing that, does anyone know of a UK dealer? I'm loathed to pay the $32 postage to the UK (almost as much as the book itself!)
