| someone hit it right on the head when they said Clay Jenkins. I recently obtained a copy of the album he did with the incredible Kim Richmond (great sax player btw) and was even more blown away with his creative style of playing. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Clay Jenkins a couple of years ago and he is one of the most straigh forward, nice guys i've ever met. Also, I highly agree with the Chris Botti statement. I bought the Sting "...All This Time" DVD and his playing is just great. Soon after that I purchased "night sessions" and for smooth jazz, it's great! |

I'm glad to see someone else is into Clay Jenkins; and you're right, he is one of the most down to earth, warm people on the planet. His personality really comes through in his playing.
