I have Frank"s routine and it contains some good stuff.
I performed several times with Frank shortly before he died. When I asked him how could play so high, he said he just discovered in high school that he could. So in some respect, his routine might be the result of him working backward from an inate ability. Interesting.

There is some of that at play, however being great friends with Frank for many years he would be the first to tell you he successfully helped everyone who tried this routine improve their range and playing overall to a noticeable degree and many to a very significant degree.
I have done the same and made my playing easier, more consistent in all registers and play up to double c's etc in my shows all the time now and I attribute a lot of that to using this daily routine and approaching it in the manners Frank believed in and that I do as well.
The book is affordable and the free coaching videos I post to help explain it, and if someone likes live video coaching lessons to answer questions has helped a lot of folks.
Finding a great warm up range routine and the approach in how to play this stuff is invaluable to me.

I have added a few more videos in the playlist with more examples and explanations on how best to do the routine.
Truly the best and most effective routine I've ever done and it's been a real pleasure to see some other people getting some great results out of it.
