My wife just came home from attending the live Movie Theater simulcast of Der Rosenkavalier. She told me that the trumpets sounded wonderful, but she didn't see any shots of the section.
Do we know who was playing today?
Thanks,

David Krauss posted a photo on FB at the performance. He's holding his trumpet and posing with Michelle Reed Baker. He notes "Rene Fleming's last Rosenkavalier yes, but more importantly Michelle Reed Baker's last!!!! So happy for her and sad for us as she winds up her illustrious career as the best 2nd [French]horn at the MET......EVAH! Big shoes to fill for sure." _________________ Getzen 800DLX cornet

For those of us who don't FB, could you please post a link to the FB page that you're referring to?
Thanks,

You'd need to have a FB account. _________________ Getzen 800DLX cornet
