| The conn Loyalist lists the 36b from 1961-197x, however I have a few that predate this and just bought one that is 1958 serial 773xxx. Anyone have insight into this? It is definitely a 36 not a 38b. Thanks |

According to the Trumpetplayerdirectory.com, BrianMacDonald's 36B is a 1960. I think that Conn produced a few before 1960 but the 38B was so popular that I would guess that the 36B wasn't a big seller when introduced initially.

| I've played Brian's. It's much older than that. It's either a 66 or 69 can't remember. I've been playing a 1960 36b for years but the one I just received and actually switched to tonight is a 1958. I've never seen one this vintage before |
