Congratulations to current Colburn student Michael Harper for winning a trial (along with Mark Maliniak) with the Jacksonville Symphony. Great job!

Congratulations also to Cody McClarty for being the third finalist for this position. Cody received his BM from SMU working with Tom Booth. He'll be a new MM student this fall at UNT. A terrific player and person! Congratulations to all who auditioned, especially the three talented finalists.

I'd gotten about as much mileage out of it as I could. This guy is much nearer and dearer to my heart.
