Haven't seen all the post in this topic but did read this book:

Interesting and did change my mind regarding "talent".
(bottom line as I recall: no results without HARD (and dedicated/disciplined) WORK for many hours: everybody including (and especially) those who we think off/judge as talented, gifted ....). |
