Anybody using the Stomvi 4 valve "C" trumpet? I imagine it´s a good alternative for players who prefer the "C" trumpet sound and feel over other horns, and this Stomvi 4 valve "C" trumpet will give them the extra range for literature only playable on a Bb trumpet |

Thanks for the input Jon. Pacho is a phenomenal musician, I´ve had the fortune to hear Him live a couple times and attended several masterclass with Him. Jon do you know if someone in the orchestral world is using the Stomvi 4 valve C trumpet? I was thinking excerpts like Carmen, Shostakovich piano cto no. 1, Mahler 5 (Beginning including low Eb), Ein Heldenleben (Eb parts) and other passages. |
