Hi there!

I'm currently looking for a place to study either music education or classical trumpet at a university on the East Coast.

I am looking for a medium-sized school that has really good trumpet professors.

I've already written off the smaller conservatories such as Peabody, so other suggestions are very much welcome!

Thank you!

Hi, I’m presently a trumpet performance grad student at East Carolina University. The trumpet professor is Gabriel DiMartino, son of Vince DiMartino. I’m in my last semester and have enjoyed the journey. PM me if you have any questions or want to talk trumpet.

Just curious - why eliminate smaller programs? Bigger isn't always better.

ECU, I would not call a large program, I think there are only 12 or 13 undergrads and I’m currently the only grad student.
