The zipper has finally rotted on my old French Selmer trumpet case. Other than that zipper the case is in superb condition. Can any of you recommend someone who can repair it.
I live in the New Orleans area.

It will probably cost a lot, but try a luggage repair shop. Maybe they could clean off all remnants of the zipper and put on standard latches, if you have the brown leather over wood shell case. _________________ huntman10

Good idea, never thought of it. I am also checking with a local shoe/boot repair shop.
Thank you. _________________ WesleyR

Luggage repair if you can find one to do it. I’ve had results with some good shoe repair guys on the street in Chinatown NYC. |
