Translated description:
Miraphone kuhlohorn
b-flat
lacquered
Cables and valves all work very well
Instrument sounds nice and is perfectly ready to play
Includes mouthpiece and lockable case
What do we have here?
-Modern/American spelling of Miraphone, lacquered finish, 3rd valve trigger suggest a modern instrument
-All other details suggest an old instrument: Konst Reidl Nuernberg (1867-1950s?), clock springs, curved valve linkages, traditional kuhlo wrap
...Does Miraphone overhaul old instruments and add their stamp? Is that what "auslfg" (sp?) means?
...Did someone else overhaul this instrument and add Miraphone logo for kicks?
...Was this made in the early days of Mirafone (1946-present) when they may have coexisted with Konst Reidl? (...but Waldkraiburg is some distance from Nuremberg)
...am I completely off about all of this?

I’m certainly no expert on Miraphone, but afaik they were always spelled like this. “Auslfg” likely means “Auslieferung” (delivery) for Konstantin Riedl, meaning an instrument made for a music store.
Looking at it, I believe this is an old horn with a trigger that was added later — pretty common to see horns like this in Germany, including the “auslfg Konst. Riedl” stamp.
Also the thing has quite some red rot … best to see in pictures 2 and 5 near the valve block. _________________ 2019 Martin Schmidt eXcellence

Thanks Brassnose, a stencil makes perfect sense!
It's too bad about that red rot near the 3rd valve, looks like a nice horn otherwise.
Re: spelling, it sounds like Mirafone was formerly their US brand:
