| Well I havent posted here mainly because I have been tied up with marching band. But anyways I would like to say thanks to the Adam's approach as it has probably kept me from quitting the trumpet. I have gained back allmost everything, and the main thing is that I can make music and acually think about making music! Not embouchure, not air, sound before anything. I can't believe NOT thinking would get me this far! Anyhow thanks to everyone who has helped me in this forum. |

Callet_rulz, I am SO glad that you are on the way upward again! Don't stay away so long. I've missed you.

Quadruple, acually I do think, what I meant to say is that I think about the sound and that is all. You perform as you practice.

perform well! Constantly imagine a better performance. If you can do that daily, good. If you can do that each time you pick up the horn, better!
