Just got word from the Jazz Society of Santa Cruz County about this breakfast jazz gig. These electronic 'music stands' are said to hold 5,000 pages of music. This backlit screen may just be the thing for these old eyeballs. Hoffman's offers live jazz almost every day of the week!

I wonder if they went with black letters on a white background or white on black?

I would suspect white letters since the other way would generate too much light for many situations.
