Hey everyone,
I recently inherited a trumpet. It's probably around fifty or so years old. It says on the bell: Imperial Whaley Royce & Co, limited, Makers, Toronto. Does anyone know anything about Whaley Royce & Co? It's got a lot of problems: the high notes are closing off on me, and the slide is completely stuck. The valves are good, they look like they were replaced pretty recently. I took it into a repair shop and they'd never heard of the company. Do you guys think it'd be worth repairing?
Thanks so much,
-James

Google "Whaley Royce" and you'll find some information about the company. Perhaps somebody out there has some more specific knowledge.

Good luck.

Try this:

or just email Kenton. He'll get back to you.

Peace
