Guest Artist Clinic Series:
John Dover, Trumpet
Presented by Ted Brown Music

John Dover brings his enthusiasm and expertise to Ted Brown Music, giving Tacoma trumpet players the opportunity to get pro tips from a working freelance musician and Harrelson Trumpets artist. 

October 22nd workshop:

Building Your Personal Workout Routine
Practicing is a physical workout. Learn how to approach your daily practice much like an athlete approaches their training routine.

&

The Zen of Wind Instruments
Keeping your cool in any playing situation is a combination of visualization, preparation, and a confident control of the “Circle of Breath”.


What: Trumpet Workshop with John Dover
Where: Ted Brown Music, 6228 Tacoma Mall Blvd., Tacoma, WA. 98409
When: October 22nd, 1 PM - 4 PM
Cost: FREE

After the workshop John will be performing as a guest soloist with Rich Wetzel's Groovin' Higher Orchestra at Harmon Pub and Brewery, 1938 Pacific Ave., Tacoma WA 98402. Come on down for an evening of Latin and Rock infused big band jazz.

I will have my 909 and Summit on hand for people to try out as well as a trim kit. Looking forward to meeting you.
