Dutch swing College band concert

Have loved this band since I first discovered Jazz many, many years ago, and was at their concert here in Melbourne, Australia last night, along with many hundreds of others.

Even though the line-up has changed, the newest performers all play fantastically, as a group and individually, and their young trumpet player (Keesjan Hoogeboom) was a stand-out player. Had great chops, ideas, and an excellent sound.

Yet another example of an unknown trumpet player who's up there with the best of them, IMO.

If you're into mainstream/trad, then this group is hard to top.
