How to post in the TH Marketplace

I know there have been some posts about this subject but none of the ones I read helped me so far.

It's been quite some time that I want to sell some stuff, but when I try to place an ad, a PIN code is asked. I tried some and eventually, my account got blocked.

I emailed the 'locks at th' but so far no answer....

Help needed
