Hey Guys
Maybe I should have phrased it better, when I said bleaches it’s the stands in the gym. He didn’t say if it was the first row or the eighth row, I really didn’t get to technical about it. It was just a comment made.

Thanks please keep the any thoughts coming.

I will ask more questions next time for better facts (sorry)

tough crowd, don't even think of playing music for these guys.
seems like a great marketable product, school programs should snap 'em up pretty good. won't sell many here, but then, you don't need to.
colors? the ability to pimp out your staid looking musical instrument? yeah, it may be a real kiddie city type of endeavor, but you can reflect on the irony of things on your way to the bank.
more power to you lad. ...chuck

No offense but Musical protector wrote ``Please don’t refer to it as a rubber band. ´´....that was funny....I respect the idea but I prefer to teach my students not to put horns on concrete.

Thank you all.

For trumpets, don't forget the large 5 1/8" diameter bells of the King 1117 Ultimate Marching Trumpet and the Conn 38B Connstellation!

I am a retired band director (35 years) an have seen a lot. The product may well protect the rim while the rest of the horn gets entirely trashed. Can't kid proof these things. I can't blame this parent for trying but for the life of me don't understand sending your kid out to marching band with a $5K saxophone except for not knowing better. What's going to protect against a repad after marching halftime in the rain. How about marching band instrument air bags!

It's a lot cheaper to just take away their reed.

Nah. On a sax you should use a coffee can lid. Or two.
