A guy called Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews played the national anthem at the Saints game for week 1. His horn looks very odd, almost plastic. http://bit.ly/15Rl1mJ

At the freeze frame at the end of the video, you can read "daCarbo" on the bell...

The clip of Sandoval playing a daCarbo on the company website via Youtube is awesome! Anybody on site tried a daCarbo?

While I was not impressed with the tone the horn had, I thought the player did very credible job playing- far better than many of the vocalists I have heard who seem to think the notes and words of the National Anthem are only mere suggestions.
