Hi Bill Adams students and students' students etc.

I recently bought a copy of PsychoCybernetics and am wanting to starting doing some 'visualisation' (And audiation as the case may be) on a daily basis.

Although, I'm a little unclear on exactly the application for a musical instrument.

For those of you who have experience with visualisation/mental practice do you have any recommendations/suggestions on how to approach it?

Should you pick a specific piece of repertoire that you already have memorised?
