Anybody would like to translate it ?

P.S.:
ZEN ist not a religion,
it is a mind technique to handle "life" succussful
and to look at ourselves and the things around us.

The key message is:
look at your conditioning
and make sure they donīt guide you badly.

For good trumpet playing you need a very good technique.
To develop this
you must be aware of a very fine control and steering system.

A lot of trumpet players want to play by instinct,
only a very very small group is successful this way.
Too much leave this wonderful art (or hobby) needlessly,
because they become stuck..

To develop a good sportive performance,
you must be aware of the single details of your motion sequence,
and build them up separately and in combination.
And you must feel very fine what is happening in this complex cascade.
The old way of doing it by instinct and trying hard and eagerly,
is in sports since decades completely obsolete.
