Today I had such a good day off work and practicing my trumpet off and on almost all day (didn't over due it but had literally all day to practice)
I felt good and my notes sounded nice and fat in the lower register and I finally think I had that genuine trumpet sound as my embouchure seems to be getting stronger. (I am fairly new to trumpet about 4 months)
I even had some musicality during my practice today running the C pentatonic blues scale... I just really dug it.
I hope we all get pleasure from this great instrument until we part from it and the trumpet wins (to paraphrase that famous saying about trumpet learning)
