(SUPERC MUSIC PRODUCTS) I bought two items from you on the 10th of December 2015! I have e-mailed you numerous times to ask you what has happened to my order? And yet I have not yet received ONE single answer from you (via email). What are you doing -providing the same lousy service that THE BANDROOM is famous for? You took them over and absolutely nothing has changed! Doh. Shame on you! Your business model is abysmal.

Well, I think a lot of us know the business you're referring to, but not mentioning them really kind of defeats the purpose of the post, doesn't it?

OTOH, sux that you're getting the shaft. Sorry.

Firstly may I make a huge apology to The Horn Trader! I am very sorry. You are a first rate business and I have never ever had anything but good service from you. I was very cross at the time because I put up this warning about superCmusic and despite having waited nearly two months for my two items and numerous emails sent asking the status of my order, I have heard nothing from them.
I wrote your name instead of THE BANDROOM and it's reinvented name SUPERC MUSIC PRODUCTS.

I have corrected my original mistake and once again apologies to The Horn Trader - you are totally not involved in this dispute! Your service is first rate.
