This is my first post as a veteran user who has been through the wringer over a simple change. I've been on TH for years, with many posts, and many positive sales and purchases. Recently, my email address changed. When I logged in and changed to my new email, I received a message saying that because of the change, my account was inactive, and that I would need to reactivate it. There was no link to do this, just the same message over and over. I wrote to the TH administrators three times, begging for help, and never got any response. Finally, out of desperation, I had to obtain yet another email address and create a new account with a new use name. Why does TH make a simple changed of email address into a nightmare? |

Did you receive an email with an activation link after you changed your email address?

That's the problem. You should have automatically received an email with the link. No need to contact the admin.

I don't see where this question was answered in the original post. |

Yep - check your junk and spam folders in case it was filtered!

Nope, not stuck in the spam/junk filter. What's most frustrating is that my several outreaches to the administrator yielded nothing. |

You can try PM'ing the admin again, username trumpetherald. He's the only one who can help. _________________ "After silence, that which best expresses the inexpressible, is music" - Aldous Huxley |
