I have been having a problem with the inside of my cheek becoming sore from playing. it is almost like I bit the inside of my cheek. I am wondering if I am developing a bad habit with my embouchure.

Do you puff out your cheeks when you play ? If not, I don't see how sore cheeks can be a result of your embouchure. But what do I know ?
