Hi!

Bach 1-1/4C for legit and the Marcinkiewicz Chuck Findley for lead - any of you ever tried that combo?

Please share your experiences.

Are the inner diameters close to each other on those two pieces?

Greetings

Hej Schilkeshaker!

The Findley is the widest of the Marcinkiewicz lead pieces, but it isn't as wide as a 1-1/4, and the rim contours are different. Apples and oranges really.

Also the way these two mouthpieces blow are totally different. If you're a really efficient player you can make both work, but it would take quite a bit of practice to get things working right. If I were in your position, I'd look into a Curry mouthpiece at a 1-1/4 rim size.
