Would anyone be able to point me to an online reference of a list of major, minor, dominant scales, etc, and chords? Would like to have them in my binder as I am learning improve. Thanks.

I found Aebersold's Scale Syllabus good enough to be going on with - makes you think about it a bit as well!!

This isn't printable, but you may want to check out www.musictheory.net. It's a great resource for learning chords, doing ear training, and much more. I'd recommend starting with the lessons about chords and then doing the chord construction and naming exercises.

Best of luck

This book covers much of what's involved in four years worth of theory and jazz theory at many Universities.

And it's free?!?! Awesome piece of literature, thanks for the share!!
