Wow! Looking forward to this interview!
Joel, I don't know how you managed to keep playing through this "test." Great job. _________________ Bb Yamaha Xeno 8335IIS

Out of curiosity, how many of these ideas (the content of the teasers, I mean) come from you guys, and how many come from the interviewees? |

Probably 90% come from us. Trent Austin and Joe Alessi are the only ones that come to mind that were really their idea. I may be forgetting some though. _________________ www.MonsterOil.net

Awesome! If possible, can you ask him where he puts his tongue? I noticed on several youtube videos his tongue is quite forward when he plays. |

Thanks for the question, but we already performed the interview. We did it the same day we filmed this teaser.
Unfortunately he doesn't address your question, however he does talk about how he used to hate multiple tonguing and worked his single tongue up so fast that he fooled Thibaud into thinking he was multiple tonguing triple tongue drills. _________________ www.MonsterOil.net

Great interview!
I have put a link to it on the Norwegian Trumpet Forum.
We had Håkan giving a superb seminar in Oslo.
As an ending of the seminar, he gave a concert with trumpet and poetry.
Btw, will look up the Murakami book he mentioned.
All the best,
Ole |

What is really amazing is the idea that someone would think they could come to our forum, post exactly 5 and only 5 posts and then list a multi-thousand dollar instrument for sale in the Marketplace here and actually receive any purchase offers. |

Awesome interview as always! I invariably come away with some useful tip or inspiration from these interviews with the masters.
Cheers! _________________ Yamaha 8310Z trumpet
