i just got new book stamp with cd
i have not practiced much this book
do you practice with cd or no cd ?
what does this book help with ?

With the CD!
If you have a piano you can use that instead.
Stamp #3, track 6 & 7 on the CD.
Track 6 is to give you the starting pitch.
With track 7 you play along: C-D-C G-A-G C, etc.
Btw, there are 3 videos where Stanley Friedman explain how to do the Stamp exercises. Here is no 1. (You have to buy the whole video - 0.99 dollar)
