basic overview

Is there a website or article that someone can direct me to to get the general idea of the Bill Adam teachings? I'm doing a project for my pedagogy class at school and need to learn about the method. Thanks!

Check out Pat's posts in this thread: http://www.trumpetherald.com/forum/viewtopic.php?topic=1092&forum=19 I usually put the "Guiding Principles" post on my stand as I play the routine -- seems to help me stay focused.

Also check out http://roth-music.com/Bill-Adam/articles/ for a transcript of a masterclass and (as far as I know) the only article Mr. Adam wrote about his teaching.

I now have your "15 Guiding Principles" on my music stand, which is the most contact I've had w/ an Adam student in 20 years. Thanks, I'm sure it'll help.

I just read a post (maybe this thread?) where you say you're working on a CD. What's on it? Any originals? Where can I get it?? Where on it do you feel you played best?

Hi, Ray!

I actually have 3 CDs out. Two of them are listed on my website and the 3rd should be up shortly. The most recent recording is the one called "Conspiracy Theory" which has been advertised (mercilessly) here on TH. You can find it on my website.
